    Colorectal cancer is more than a simple genetic abnormality; it is a cancer that progresses through distortion of signaling networks that support cancer stem-cell maintenance and EMT-based invasion and metastasis.

    In particular, the STAT3-centered signaling axis plays a key role in recurrence and metastasis by maintaining stemness and activating EMT.

    BSP201 is a recombinant protein derived from the AI-powered BSP™ platform,
    designed to regulate the STAT3–ZEB1–Sox2 signaling axis, a key driver of this pathology, at an upstream level.

    By alleviating stemness- and EMT-related signals, BSP201 is designed to regulate key pathological processes involved in the growth and recurrence of colorectal cancer.
